You cannot get proof of New Style Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or New Style Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) right now.

This is because of technical difficulties. This will be fixed by Friday 24 October 2025.

To get proof of New Style ESA or New Style JSA, contact the Jobcentre Plus.

You can still use this service to get proof of other benefits.
